Mediation Fees 

I am available to mediate cases throughout Oregon and Washington. For extensive travel, reasonable travel expenses may be charged. Mediation by video conferencing is available.

       Half Day Rate: $1,500 up to 5 hours mediation​

       Full Day Rate:  $2,500 

 

Half day and full day fees include up to 2 hours preparation time prior to the mediation session.

 

Additional $250/ hour for time that exceeds the full or half day rate. 

 

No administrative fees.

 

I am committed to dispute resolution; sliding scale/pro bono services are determined on a case by case basis.

 

Mediation fees and expenses are divided equally between or among the parties unless they agree otherwise. No deposit is required so long as the law firm representing the responsible party is responsible for timely payment of fees and expenses. If counsel is not able to make timely payment or the parties are not represented by counsel, a pre-mediation deposit is required.

 

Cancellation

If cancellation or postponement occurs within seven days of the mediation session, a $500 cancellation fee will be charged for each day scheduled, plus actual time spent in preparation and travel, to be paid by the canceling party.

Arbitration Fees 

Per diem

 

$1,500. For each day of hearing, study, writing and travel. Study, travel and writing are prorated.

 

No charge for the pre arbitration conference call. Additional conference calls or pre-hearing matters prorated according to actual time spent.

 

Cancellation 

 

Notice of cancellation or postponement within thirty (30) days of the hearing will be assessed at the full per diem fee ($1,500) for each scheduled hearing day.

 

One-half day per diem fee ($750) for each scheduled hearing day if notice of cancellation or postponement is received between 31-60 days prior to hearing.

 

Travel

 

Actual costs for transportation, meals and lodging. Mileage billed at IRS rate.

Workplace Investigation Fees

Hourly rate: $250 / hr. 

Travel rate: $150 / hr.

Payment 

​

Payment is due on receipt of statement. After 30 days, interest at 1% /mo. on past due balance.
